Position Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our Vietnam-focused content and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) initiatives. You’ll craft strategies that elevate brand visibility, engagement, and sales across digital ecosystems while staying ahead of 2025 consumer trends. Ideal candidates blend creativity with data-driven execution, boasting a track record in IMC campaign success and deep familiarity with Vietnam’s digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
Lead end-to-end content creation for TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada), and emerging channels.
Ensure brand consistency and local relevance, tailoring messaging to regional preferences.
- Digital Marketing Leadership
Design and execute campaigns across social media, KOL/KOC partnerships...
Manage budgets, analyze performance, and refine strategies for ROI.
IMC Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop 360° campaigns integrating online/offline touchpoints (events, PR, CRM, in-store activations).
Align with product launches and sales teams (offline & ecommerce) to drive cross-departmental synergy.
Monitor KPIs and iterate for continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights
Analyze trends (e.g., smart home adoption, health-conscious lifestyles,...) to inform strategies.
Conduct surveys, social listening… to decode evolving consumer behaviors.
Benchmark competitors and identify whitespace opportunities.
Team Collaboration
Partner with PM team, sale team (offline & ecommerce), and Headquarter teams to align marketing with business goals.
Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of agility and experimentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
7-10 years in digital/content marketing (with 3+ years in Vietnam’s household appliance/tech sector is a plus).
Proven success in IMC campaigns (portfolio required) and fluency with Digital, Social Media… analytics.
Expertise in Vietnam’s digital & ecommerce platforms.
Languages: Professional English proficiency.
