[HN] SALES ADMIN INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) and sales orders for Normal Dealers on the system.
- Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure on-time delivery according to the supplier's requirements.
- Support in resolving issues related to documents and invoices for Normal Dealers.
- Monitor and update delivery progress, providing timely feedback to relevant departments upon request (from Sales).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Support processing Master Dealer orders in case of order overload.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th year student in university (relevant major is preferred)
- Good at Microsoft office skill (Excel/ Word/ PPT)
- Patient and careful when handling the procedure
- Being able to communicate and write in English (Chinese is preferred)
- Hard working and eager to learn
