[HCM] AI SEARCH & SEO CONTENT INTERN

MÔ TẢ CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Create, optimize, and publish SEO/AEO content for the company website and other digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and content planning to improve organic and AI search visibility.
• Monitor SEO/AEO performance using key metrics such as traffic, keyword rankings, AI visibility, and brand/competitor mentions.
• Analyze results, prepare reports, and recommend content optimization strategies.

KINH NGHIỆM VÀ KỸ NĂNG CHI TIẾT

• Third- or fourth-year students, or graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, English, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and content structure.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, well-structured, and user-focused content.
• Interest in AI-powered search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or Semrush) is a plus.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
