[HCM] - Host Livestream

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Live Stream Host to promote and sell our innovative smart home products. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for engaging audiences, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase and sell smart home products, delivering engaging and persuasive product demonstrations.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prepare直播 scripts, promotional materials, and sales strategies.
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor insights through company-provided training.
• Track performance metrics (e.g., viewer engagement, conversion rates) and provide feedback for optimization.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, including Double 11 and Double 12 events, with extended hours as needed.
• Participate in or support shooting short videos

2. Requirements

• Minimum: 6 months of live stream sales experience (preferably in electronics, home appliances, or related fields).
• Outgoing, charismatic personality with excellent communication and improvisation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain enthusiasm during extended or late-night shifts.
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of smart home devices is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Work Schedule & Requirements:

• Shift Hours: Earliest shift starts at 9:00 AM; latest shift ends at 1:00 AM (2:00 AM during Double 11/Double 12).
• Daily livestream Duration: 5–6 hours total, split into segments with a 2-hour break in between.
• Rest Days: 1 day off /week (scheduled rotational). Note : Holidays require duty
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules during peak sales periods.
