1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Construction and Display Management:

• Schedule and supervise stores for ongoing projects;
• Monitor the quality of contractor construction work, ensuring progress and compliance with company standards;
• Balance the budget for interior items and signage construction;
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction meets quality standards; Conduct project acceptance and collaborate with the Sales department to plan image development projects within the assigned area.

Other Related Tasks:

• Responsible for product display according to brand standards;
• Ensure consistency and coherence in product displays across all stores and dealerships (including chain and dealer channels);
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate tasks;
• Work with the sales and sales training teams to check POSM (Point of Sale Materials) at selling points;
• Inventory display items, deploy, and coordinate for various channels.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Male, university graduate or higher in relevant fields such as Marketing, Economics, Construction, Architecture, etc.;
• Able to communicate in English; Able to work under pressure and frequently conduct shop inspections in the market;
• Strong skills in contractor management and coordination; planning & tracking; flexible communication;
• Preference given to candidates who can use 2D design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and read technical drawings;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
